Why am I being charged for calls and texts?

You're charged for calls and texts based on actual usage, which includes telecom carrier fees. SMS is charged per message, and MMS (pictures/videos) cost more. If an SMS exceeds the character limit, it's split into segments, each with its own cost. On certain plans like LeadConnector, you get a 10% discount compared to using Twilio directly, and SaaS plans may include complimentary monthly credits. Check your usage under Sub-Account Level > Settings > Company Billing for details on charges and usage reports.

I’m already using another CRM. Can you transfer my data to Seven Figure CRM?

Yes, we can help you transfer your data from your current CRM to Seven Figure CRM. How do I log in to Seven Figure CRM University to access my course?

To log in, follow these steps:

Visit the Seven Figure University link.

Enter your registered email and password.

Once logged in, navigate to the "Courses" section to access your enrolled course.

I can log in but cannot see the courses in my dashboard/library.

If you are able to access the University but cannot access any course. Please contact support by submitting a ticket and selecting ‘CRM Training Access’.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available yet. However, you can always replay the course at your convenient time.

I am a premier agent, and I am eligible to access both the CRM Training Courses and the University, but I don't know how to access these courses.

If you are a premier agent and have not received any credentials to access the CRM Training Courses and the University, please submit a support ticket so that we can grant you access and send you an email with your credentials. It could also be that you are still using an old email address. We recently transitioned to a new system that may not have your updated one. If you have an updated email, please submit it to us by indicating it in the description box in our support page.

I purchased a premium plan, but I did not receive any email about the login credentials for both CRM Training Courses and the University.
